DnsServerTcpTimeout Property
Gets or sets the amount of time (in milliseconds) the system will wait for TCP message to be sent or received before the operation times out.

Property Value

Type: Int32
The amount of time (in milliseconds) the system will wait for TCP message to be sent or received before the operation times out. The default value is 5000 (5 seconds).

Remarks
If you set the property with a value between 1 and 499, .NET Framework will internally use the value of 500. There is no way to have UDP timeout value less than 500 milliseconds.
