This class implements MessageIndexCollection as a collection of Int32 values.

Although .NET collections are zero-based, message indices (ordinal message numbers and UIDs) are one-based. E.g. if this collection contains a single item referencing the first message in the folder, the index of this item in the collection will be 0, while its value (message number) will be 1. |
