How to fine-tune RBL antispam support in Exim

One of the aspects of spam protection used in MailSuite Pro is looking up IP address of sender's server against RBL databases which contain blacklists of unsafe senders.

In case if you're getting notices of the following kind in message headers:

ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE: The query to URIBL was blocked.

that means rate limit for your IP address is exceeded, typical limitation is 100,000 requests per day. To work around this, you need to setup caching DNS server.
