RemarksEwsItemList extends normal ListT with extra properties taken from Exchange server which let the app know how many items matching
the current criteria haven't been requested yet (this is helpful if the app implements paging and thus requests only certain number of items to be returned rather than all the items).
These extra properties are obtained from FindItemsResults object of the underlying EWS Managed API.
