What kind of support do you provide?

We provide free technical and sales support via Helpdesk. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

We do always reply to each customer's request. If you didn't receive at least one our reply, most probably, it had been blocked by an antispam, e-mail filter, or an intelligent antivirus software on your mail server or in your computer. For emailing us, we recommend using email accounts which are not protected with antispam/antivirus systems and filters.

Sometimes, antispam filters kill legitimate e-mails and you may think your recipient has not replied to you while the reply has actually been made but then silently blocked by a mail filter.
