Files

Aurora comes with Files module which allows you to maintain personal file storage, it also provides corporate file storage you can use to share files with other Aurora users.

If Files module is enabled for specific domain, you'll get "Files" section in Aurora interface. You can upload files and create folders there, send files over email and obtain links for sharing specific file.

The most useful thing about Files is that you can access your file storage with DAV clients. If you already use mobile sync, you can probably access Files with the same client. There is a variety of clients which can be used for this purpose, some operating system have built-in DAV clients. For instance, Windows 7 offers one.

To access your file storage from Windows 7, select "Map network drive" tool in Windows explorer:

But first, you'll need to check your Aurora account settings screen, you'll find "DAV access to personal and corporate files" information under "Mobile sync" tab. Supply that URL when configuring DAV access:

When Windows asks for username and password, enter your Aurora account credentials. You'll get to your DAV account area, and under files directory you'll find private and corporate directories which correspond to personal and corporate file storage areas. You can work with files there the same way you'd do with any other folder - upload/download files, create/delete folders, etc., and those modifications will be synced with Files section of Aurora interface.
