System requirements

• Operating system: any modern Ubuntu or Debian compatible Linux distribution (64-bit)
• Root/superuser access to the server.
• A working DNS and Gateway Network Nodes to route mail traffic. If your server is missing the appropriate configuration of MXes and other DNS records, you'll be able to use it in intranet only.
• The system must not run any other mail services or control panel software.
• For better performance, 2Gb RAM or more is required.

• SMTP and IMAP ports open.
  
  Web components of MailSuite Pro (WebMail Pro and Admin Panel) have additional requirements:

• Browser: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari.

Installation Service

Our experts can install the product for you, we'll need root SSH access to the installation location. If you already have a domain name pointing to the server, we'll need it. Make sure you have A, MX and PTR records configured correctly for the domain. For more info, contact us via HelpDesk.

NB: Installation Service ensures default functionality of the product. If adjusting particular features which are not a part of standard installation service (e.g. SSL configuration) requires reconfiguring the server components, adjusting operating system, etc. - that is done by customers themselves or arranged in terms of Professional Services contract.
