If anything suddenly goes wrong with WebMail Pro, the first thing to do is to check the debug logs, and of course you need to have them enabled and configured, you can do that in this area of AdminPanel.

Enable debug logging

Enable logging of mail operations (POP3/IMAP4/SMTP) into a file. Path For Log box specifies physical location (e.g. C:\Data\log.txt) where to create the log.

Path to log

Displays path where the log file can be found. Read-only.

View entire log

View full content of the log file.

View last 50KB of log

View last 50KB of log records.

Clear log

Clear log file.
